If I look happy and full of life, it is because I AM. I love the constant flow of abundant love, friendships, lessons, spiritual growth, and fun in my life. I face what needs to be faced, and heal what needs to be healed to continually fall in love with all I have been created to be.

I am: a multi-disciplined, alternative healer and spiritual educator. A Certified Graduate of The School of Spirituality two year course in spiritual and personal growth, at The Mercy Center in Madison CT. A Certified USUI Reiki Master/Teacher, who loves to empower others by teaching them Reiki.

I continually attended personal growth workshops/retreats, twelve step meetings, and training seminars. I receive Reiki as well as other forms of alternative healing modalities continuously to keep my body, mind, spirit, and energy attuned and free flowing.
